Salary: £26,000–£28,000 + commission

Holidays: 22 days + bank holidays

Are you passionate about customer service and sales? At QDrive Performance, you’ll
showcase your skills by ensuring our clients receive an effortless, five-star booking
experience. You’ll manage reservations, support our luxury fleet, and be the friendly face of
QDrive at Heathrow.

YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE

  • Create premium rental experiences by maximising service and upsell opportunities.
  • Advise international and VIP clients in person, by phone, and via partner concierge teams.
  • Prepare contracts and manage payments.
  • Oversee a luxury fleet of vehicles, advising on upgrades and extras.
  • Support with vehicle handovers when required.

 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Sales Talent: Confident in upselling and building client trust.
  • Experience: Background in rent a car or travel.
  • Communication: Professional, polished, and multilingual skills a plus.
  • Flexibility: Able to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK licence.
