As a Branch Manager at QDrive Performance, you’ll lead your team, manage our luxury fleet, and ensure every rental and chauffeur experience exceeds expectations. YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE

• Manage budgets, sales, and profitability for the Heathrow flagship branch.
• Lead and develop Customer Service Agents, Chauffeur Drivers, and Fleet Support
  staff through coaching and reviews.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Oversee a high-value luxury fleet, including servicing, handovers, and compliance.
• Handle escalated client issues with discretion and professionalism.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Luxury Service Mindset: You understand the needs of high-net-worth clients and
  deliver at a concierge level.
• Management Experience: 5+ years in rent-a-car.
• Team Development: Proven ability to mentor and upskill staff.
• Organisation: Strong multitasking and leadership skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-handling ability.
